I had a mixed experience during my stay. The resort offers a great location with many activities and beautiful scenery, making it enjoyable overall. However, some aspects, like outdated rooms and a disappointing dining experience, could definitely use improvement. Still, it's a comfortable spot to base yourself for exploring Tasmania's northwestern gems.
I had a fantastic experience at this resort! The staff was incredibly helpful, and the spacious accommodation made our family stay very comfortable. While there were limited activities in Shearwater itself, the location served as a great base for exploring nearby attractions. I did find the dining options satisfying, but they could use a bit more variety. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway with some minor drawbacks.
Our stay at the resort was really enjoyable, with a great balance of activities and relaxation. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, although they did show some signs of age. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas, and the amenities provided a solid base for our family trip. However, we did notice some dust in the room which was a bit concerning and affected my asthma during the night.
During my stay, I found that the hotel offered a good overall experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, which made my time there comfortable, but some of the amenities could use improvement. The dining options were decent, but the service at the restaurant could be more consistent. Overall, a solid choice for a getaway, but not without its quirks.
We had a wonderful week at the resort, enjoying spacious, clean accommodations with magnificent views over the golf course. The pool facilities were quite nice, and the ambiance made for a relaxing stay. However, we encountered some issues with Wi-Fi and dining, which took away slightly from our overall experience. Nonetheless, it’s great value for what you get, especially if you’re looking to explore Tasmania's beautiful North.
